We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Some items are non-returnable, including:
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:

A return authorization number, and

The return shipping address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
